A change in the air

Well its seems as thought the Real Estate Market is finally changing. Agents are getting busier & busier which a GREAT thing. I think sellers are FINALLY listening to their agents and Buyers are FINALLY realizing they cant keep giving low-ball offers! I hope this change keeps going. I could really use the change, as I am sure a lot of other agents can too!
